About United Car Care

Located at 1707 Quincy Ave Ste 111, Naperville, IL 60540, United Car Care operates as an auto repair shop serving Naperville in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 10 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. INCIDENT: I took my car for a weelbearing issue to a repair shop, elsewhere and it was repaired very poorly. It did cost me tons $$$$ in repair alsone. But the problem still remais. After thr repair, all the warning lights in dashboard lits while driving and wheels make rubbing noise. I was very frustrated. I went back to the same repair man and spent hours together to fix the problem. It was dark in the evening and no resolution yet. I drove back home but I am very upset for not only wasting my whole day but also money. The result of my car repair progress by previous repair tech shared with my children. Then, they suggested me to take it to United Car Care and meet Raazi. Raazi diagnosed my car and came up the problem that there were two different issues with my car in about 5 minutes. One of the best car care mechanic I met so far and best in the area. Going to Razi since i moved here for 2 cars and also referred my friends & family members, everyone are completely satisfied. Razi took care of a repair that the dealer service center wanted to replace and his pricing is very economical. I fully trust and go by his suggestions for maintenance and repair. Thank you Razi for your honest diagnosis and repair.
